Here are a few tabs that I believe people like to fight over due to what version of Japanese cartoons to watch.

Dub

English voices-sometimes they sound good, but other times they sound like nails on a chalkboard.

The plot changes sometimes due to having to match the mouth flaps. (some times you get things that become like a joke dub)

You don't need to read subtitles to actually what's going on

Sub

Japanese voices-most if not all actually sound good with every character.

You get to see and here the real plot since the mouth flaps actually supposed to match the Japanese words, not the English words.

You do need to read subtitles to see what's going on with the show; that or learn Japanese. (I heard a video of a guy who talked about dub vs sub and he said "if I wants to read something, I'll read a book. I'll watch the dub version."
